Lulu Sawaf The Help

In my novel the help Mae Moebly is Elizabeth Leefolt's daughter. Mae Moebly spends most of her time with the black maid Aibleen and Aibleen has preserved her innocence. Aibleen teaches her that black is not dirty and that Mae Moebly should have self confidence. When Aibleen gets fired she can only hope that Mae Moebly will still remember the lessons. Mae Moebly is the only innocent character in the book. She represents the future and hope to end racism. I think she may grow up to be a protester and advocate for equal rights. She is the embodiment of free thinking and she does not judge people on skin color or appearances.
