Max Buchman Columbine
Hi, I am reading columbine the novel and it seems like the media is trying to confuse the people the reported all rumors and guesses in volume and hardly said it was speculation.This really pointed out a huge problem with america's media and how they are digging and digging a deeper hole of fear for the average american to live in. News usually reports on crime and bad things leading the watcher to believe there's a lot more of crime than there is in actuality there is not the amount the american people believe in.

I agree that the media shot the whole situation out of proportion. Speculating without facts that it could have been a terrorist attack, the "Trench Coat Mafia" or a group of suicidal kids. They just reported what they thought would fit the school shooter stereotype and sell stories.
